Terms of Service

1. Scope and age requirement

These Terms apply to Flux2.Cloud image generation and editing services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms to access or use the Service, including guest trials, registration, and paid features. People under 18 may not use the Service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for it.

By using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy; stop using the Service if you disagree. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Contact support@flux2.cloud for product, account, and technical support.

2. Service and accounts

Flux2.Cloud offers AI image generation from text prompts and reference-image editing where supported by the selected model. Models, regions, allowances, and features are those actually offered in the product interface. We operate independently and do not imply endorsement or sponsorship by underlying model providers.

Some features require an account. Provide accurate details, protect your login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible as provided by law for your own use and activity resulting from a failure to take reasonable account precautions; this does not exclude our security or other legal duties.

3. Safe and lawful use

Do not generate pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or inappropriate content involving minors, or create deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content. Fraud, harassment, infringement, illegal use, bypassing safety controls, disrupting systems, and resale in breach of applicable terms are prohibited. 4. Inputs, Outputs, and intellectual property

You retain any ownership rights you already hold in uploaded content. You must have the rights needed to upload and process it and to authorize us and the providers needed to deliver the Service to process it. Your permission is limited to processing needed to deliver the Service, review safety, and meet legal duties; uploading does not transfer your existing ownership to us.

Flux2.Cloud and its licensors retain their respective rights in the platform, models, and related technology. You may hold rights in Outputs to the extent those rights arise under applicable law and are permitted by the relevant model licenses and applicable service-provider or distribution-channel terms. These Terms do not transfer upstream rights we cannot transfer or promise copyright protection, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party rights. Outputs may not be unique and may resemble outputs generated for others.

You may use Outputs for personal and commercial projects subject to these Terms, applicable law, model-specific restrictions and usage policies, applicable service-provider or distribution-channel terms, and third-party rights. If an Output resembles well-known IP, trademarks, protected characters, celebrities, or other individuals, do not use it directly in advertising, merchandise, endorsements, or other commercial uses until you have reviewed the relevant rights and obtained all necessary permissions. Paying or receiving an image without our brand watermark does not itself grant third-party rights.

You must review your Inputs and Outputs and are legally responsible for your unlawful uploading, generation, publication, or use, including resulting infringement. This allocation does not excuse Flux2.Cloud from its own legal duties or liability imposed by law. 5. Credits, purchases, and payment providers

Credits pay for the computing resources used to generate images. Successfully generated images consume credits even when content review restricts display or download; such restrictions do not automatically refund credits. Batch requests are charged for the number of images actually generated successfully, including restricted images.

Paid features use credits or subscriptions. Review the price, currency, eligible models, credit expiration, and renewal cycle before paying; different credit sources may have different validity periods. We will give notice of price or billing changes as required by applicable law and will not retroactively remove agreed benefits for paid periods or purchased credits.

For orders using Waffo Pancake hosted checkout, the seller, Merchant of Record (where applicable), and buyer terms identified at checkout or on your transaction records govern the sale. Flux2.Cloud provides service delivery and product support; the identified seller handles transaction matters under its applicable sales contract. You can verify your purchase email in Waffo's customer portal to manage orders and eligible subscriptions.

For purchases where Subotiz acts as Merchant of Record, as identified at checkout or on transaction records, Subotiz handles the corresponding sale and transaction under its Buyer Terms; Flux2.Cloud provides product delivery and technical support. These Terms govern use of our Service and do not replace Subotiz's separate sales contract or override its governing law. Other orders follow the seller and applicable terms identified at checkout.

6. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle shown at purchase. You may request cancellation of automatic renewal in account settings. For an active paid subscription, confirmed cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; current benefits and credits retain their original validity periods. Cancellation of an overdue Waffo subscription takes effect as soon as the payment provider confirms and cannot be reversed if there was an unpaid balance; issued credits keep their original expiry. If you cannot cancel, contact support well before the next charge and check the confirmation.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, and a refund does not confirm that renewal has been cancelled; request each separately if you need both. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for ordinary subscription refunds, legal exceptions, and original-payment refunds. No term limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Content decisions and access restrictions

We may proportionately restrict content, suspend, or terminate access to address violations, rights complaints, security risks, or legal requirements. Unless urgent risk, legal restrictions, or investigation needs prevent it, we will explain the reason and offer an appeal route. You may stop using the Service or contact support to close your account; separately confirm subscription cancellation before closing it.

We will not use arbitrary termination or policy changes to retroactively remove paid entitlements. Non-delivery, material defects, and other cases requiring refunds or remedies will be handled under applicable law and our refund policy.

8. AI limitations and responsibility

AI Outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or subject to third-party rights and require human review. We do not promise that each generation meets subjective expectations or that the Service will never be interrupted. We will take reasonable steps to address faults and provide remedies required by law.

Any exclusion of warranties or limitation of liability applies only as permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot legally be limited, mandatory consumer remedies, or our own legal duties.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Flux2.Cloud service-use Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of mainland People's Republic of China, excluding, for this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan. This choice does not deprive you of consumer protections in your habitual place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

You may first contact support to seek a resolution. If unresolved, either party may seek relief in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These Terms do not impose unspecified mandatory arbitration or restrict lawful complaint or remedy channels. Subotiz's separate sales contract follows the law and dispute provisions in its applicable Buyer Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will publish an updated effective date and give advance notice or obtain consent to material changes where required by law. Changes do not retroactively reduce paid entitlements or accrued legal claims. If you do not accept future changes, you may stop using the Service and cancel future renewal.
