Welcome to Flux2.Cloud. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Flux2.Cloud is an AI-powered creative platform that allows users to generate images and videos from text, images, and other inputs. This platform is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying AI model providers. We provide access to AI models through our custom interface.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, or other NSFW content.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
• Gain unauthorized access to proprietary code or bypass security features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service.
• Resell the Service, API access, or generated assets in violation of these Terms, applicable model terms, or third-party rights.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain any ownership rights you already hold in content you upload. Flux2.Cloud and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Service, models, and related technology. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, the model-specific restrictions and usage policies disclosed for the selected model, applicable service-provider or distribution-channel terms, and third-party rights, you may use Outputs generated through Flux2.Cloud for personal and commercial projects. To the extent Flux2.Cloud holds rights in an Output, Flux2.Cloud grants you the non-exclusive rights necessary for that permitted use. Outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for others. Depending on applicable law and the level of human contribution, an Output may not qualify for copyright or other intellectual-property protection. Flux2.Cloud does not represent or warrant that an Output is non-infringing or free from third-party rights or claims.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. For our refund policy, please refer to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time.

7. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate accounts. Flux2.Cloud may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice, for any reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Flux2.Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Flux2.Cloud's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
