Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules of conduct and content restrictions when using the Flux2.Cloud platform. The Service is only for people aged 18 or older, including guest users. All users must comply with this policy when using our services. Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Content Safety

Users must not attempt to generate the following types of content through the platform:

• Pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive content (including AI-generated content).
• Deepfake, face-swap, or face-manipulation content.
• Violent, gory, or disturbing graphic content.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any inappropriate content involving minors.
• Terrorism or extremist content.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt to bypass or circumvent content safety filters.
• Use the Service for any illegal activities.
• Impersonate others or use another person's likeness without authorization.
• Generate content designed to deceive or mislead others.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Conduct unauthorized data scraping or crawling.
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing.

4. Intellectual Property

Users must not:

• Upload or use content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Reproduce or distribute copyrighted material unless legally authorized.
• Use the likeness of celebrities, public figures, or other individuals to generate content without explicit permission.
• Use Outputs resembling well-known IP, trademarks, protected characters, or celebrities directly in advertising, merchandise, endorsements, or other commercial uses before reviewing the rights and obtaining necessary permissions.
• Create false endorsements or present AI-generated events or personal conduct as real facts.

5. AI content disclosure

When publishing or distributing AI-generated or edited content that could be mistaken for real people or scenes, clearly disclose that it was AI-generated or edited and follow applicable law, model rules, and distribution-channel disclosure requirements. Do not remove or evade necessary AI provenance notices or labels. This does not require a Flux2.Cloud brand watermark on every image; receiving an image without our brand watermark does not waive necessary disclosure. A label does not make prohibited deepfakes, face swaps, or other prohibited content acceptable.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• A warning notification.
• Removal of offending content.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where necessary.

7. Reporting and appeals

To report a violation or appeal a decision, provide the relevant URL or task ID, your reasons, and supporting evidence to: support@flux2.cloud

8. Policy Changes

We take proportionate action based on risk and legal requirements and provide reasons and an opportunity to appeal where permitted. Policy updates follow the notice and paid-entitlement protections in our Terms of Service.
